Acute Illness Care
Minor Laceration Repair (stitches)
Home Visits where Medically Necessary
Hospital Care: due to the distance to the hospital and other constraints, United Medical Associates Hospitalist Services will be covering my adult inpatient admissions, and Johnson City Family Care Family Practice Residency will cover my inpatient pediatric and newborn admissions (I will assume newborn care on discharge from the hospital).
While the practice is small and part-time, I will not be able to provide the full spectrum of pediatric vaccines. Patients will be referred to the Chenango County Health Department (which I will facilitate) for that portion of routine well-child visits.
