To Make an Appointment:
1.) create an account following the step by step instructions at the "make an appointment link." You must schedule at least 48 hours in advance of your preferred appointment time.
or
2.) leave a voicemail at 875-4334 stating what type appointment you need (ie. routine exam, sick visit) and what time frame you were hoping for (ie. today, in the next month, etc.). If you need a "today" appt, see number 3.

3.) If you have an urgent need, call the emergency number toll free at 888-617-6446. This will ring directly to my cell phone. ( Keep in mind this might be in the middle of someone else's appointment so, depending on the urgency, I may ask if I can call you back, or I may simply tell you to come in)
